In the second semester of 2007 Univates has doubled the exchanges. Previously, an average of 10 students participated per term (6 months), but between July and September 2007, 21 students left Lajeado to live new experiences abroad. This progress is due, mostly to the increasing opportunities that arise from new associations, as it happened with England, but mainly to students’ greater awareness on the importance of this experience abroad. One of the advantages offered to Univates exchange students is university fee exemption during the term they are away. |
