Submission Process – special iJMEST issue
All iJMEST submissions are to be made by 14 May 2017 via the Online Submission Portal. Simply create an account by clicking the relevant link on the web site or sign into an existing account. During submission, when prompted, indicate the paper is for the 11th Delta Conference on Teaching and Learning of Undergraduate Mathematics and Statistics Special Issue.
Please email submissions by clicking below:
Correspondence with the editors can be done on e-mail email@example.com. Do not submit articles directly to the editors.
Papers are limited to a maximum of 5500 words and 20 pages in total when double spaced, including abstract, references, diagrams and tables. For full instructions on formatting and style guidelines, follow the iJMEST guidelines.
To ensure transparency and integrity in the selection process for the Delta 2017 iJMEST special edition, guidelines have been put in place.
All papers will undergo a double-blind peer-review process with at least two reviewers.
The editor will not be named as a co-author on any papers to avoid conflicts of interest.
Should more papers be “accepted” for publication during the review process than can be accommodated in the special edition, a special panel will make the final publication decision. The panel could include Managing Editor of iJMEST, the guest editor, conference convenor, and conference proceedings & program committee members, while excluding any person/s named on a paper under consideration for publication.
Any accepted papers that are omitted for space reasons by the above review process will be invited to re-submit to iJMEST for publication in a future edition via a “streamlined” process.
