dc.description.abstractEste trabalho busca analisar a gestão de uma empresa de pequeno porte de acordo com a metodologia Balanced Scorecard, bem como definir indicadores para auxiliar o processo tomador de decisão da empresa através da construção de um dashboard interativo desenvolvido no software Microsoft Power BI. Para tanto, quanto à abordagem, a pesquisa se caracteriza como qualitativa e o método utilizado foi descritivo e exploratório, elucidando os principais pilares do BSC e adequando-os ao sistema de gestão de uma empresa de pequeno porte. Além disso, a utilização de abordagens de análise de dados e business intelligence foram base para a extração, tratamento e validação dos dados. A partir da definição de indicadores e o desenvolvimento de análises integradas entre diferentes áreas da empresa, foi desenvolvido o estudo de caso buscando atender ao objetivo estratégico definido pela diretora da empresa. A partir deste trabalho, foi possível modelar indicadores interativos para serem utilizados no dia a dia pela gestão e facilitar o processo de tomada de decisão de uma empresa de pequeno porte. Inicialmente focando nos quatro pilares do BSC, podem ser agregados novos indicadores aos ambientes interativos do Power BI conforme novas demandas apareçam. Foi possível notar um grande impacto e satisfação por parte da gestão da empresa a partir deste novo olhar advindo da implantação do BSC aliado ao Power BI.
dc.description.abstractThis study aims to analyze the management of a small-scale company using the Balanced Scorecard methodology and define indicators to assist the company's decision-making process through the development of an interactive dashboard using Microsoft Power BI software. Regarding the approach, the research is characterized as qualitative, and the method used was descriptive and exploratory, elucidating the main pillars of the BSC and adapting them to the management system of a small-scale company. Furthermore, the use of data analysis approaches and business intelligence served as a basis for data extraction, transformation, and validation. By defining indicators and developing integrated analyses across different areas of the company, a case study was conducted to meet the strategic objective defined by the company's director. Through this work, it was possible to responsive performance indicators were developed, which will be used daily to facilitate the decision-making process for the managing part of a small company. Initially focusing on the four pillars of the BSC, it can be easily adjusted to accommodate new needs from the company as they arise. The implementation of the BSC combined with Power BI in the company brought a significant impact and satisfaction for the managing office.
