Resumo
O presente estudo faz parte da primeira etapa de Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso, desenvolvido no curso de Arquitetura e Urbanismo, da Universidade do Vale do Taquari - Univates, no segundo semestre de 2024. Tem como objetivo apresentar os resultados da enchente de 2024 que atingiram a AMAM - Associação de Menores de Arroio do Meio e compreender e analisar aspectos da arquitetura escolar para a proposta de uma nova sede de contraturno para crianças de até 14 anos e gerido por meio de parceria público-privada para viabilização do projeto. A nova sede da AMAM atuará como importante agente transformador da realidade e futuro de dezenas de crianças, e a pesquisa busca trazer as relações entre escola e arquitetura, através de análises sobre o tema, opiniões e leis que se aplicam ao projeto. Além de apresentar por meio de estudos o local de implantação do projeto, no bairro Novo Horizonte, que será desenvolvido na segunda etapa do Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso. O objetivo do trabalho é tornar a nova rotina das crianças atingidas pelas enchentes em dias de diversão e aprendizado, contribuindo para a evolução humana e social de toda a sociedade arroiomeense.
The present study is part of the first stage of the Course Completion Work, developed in the Architecture and Urbanism course, at the University of Vale do Taquari - Univates, in the second semester of 2024. Its objective is to present the results of the 2024 flood that hit AMAM - Associação de Menores de Arroio do Meio and to understand and analyze aspects of school architecture for the proposal of a new after-school headquarters for children up to 14 years old and managed through a public-private partnership to make the project viable. The new AMAM headquarters will act as an important transforming agent of the reality and future of dozens of children, and the research seeks to bring the relationships between school and architecture, through analyses on the subject, opinions and laws that apply to the project. In addition to presenting through studies the location of the project implementation, in neighborhood Novo Horizonte, which will be developed in the second stage of the Final Course Work. The objective of the work is to turn the new routine of children affected by the floods into days of fun and learning, contributing to the human and social evolution of the entire society.
