dc.description.abstractInspirada nos conceitos de Economia Circular, a Logística Reversa apresenta alternativas para auxiliar na redução de recursos descartados inadequadamente. Com objetivo de otimizar o fluxo do bem, o retorno dos produtos acabados ou seus componentes aos ciclos produtivos é uma opção para maximizar o aproveitamento dos recursos naturais. Para isso, esta monografia aborda um estudo de viabilidade técnico-econômica do processo de Logística Reversa em uma empresa de comércio de acessórios para seguranças de cargas, localizada na cidade de Garibaldi-RS. O estudo visa analisar quão viável é a efetivação do retorno das mercadorias já utilizadas, mas que hoje perderam sua funcionalidade principal, de forma a manter em seu processo produtivo uma destinação final ambientalmente adequada. À vista disso, foram desenvolvidas neste trabalho a análise e validação de três cenários distintos, levando em consideração os sistemas de reuso, desmanche e reciclagem separadamente. O método de análise baseou-se na simulação de eventos discretos, com posterior verificação da viabilidade econômica. O software de simulação utilizado foi o FlexSim e foi relevante por permitir o levantamento de custos de transporte. Adicionalmente, a análise de viabilidade exibiu os resultados de cada cenário desenvolvido, demonstrando serem viáveis técnica e economicamente. Com um investimento inicial estimado em R$188.561,88, o VPL variou entre R$ 111.949,50 e R$ 6.524.784,14 no período de sete anos analisados, bem como a TIR, que pode ser percebida entre 24,40% e 356,92% nesse período de tempo. O tempo de payback pode ser esperado em torno de quatro meses para o sistema de reuso; cinco anos e um mês para o sistema de desmanche; e quatro anos e oito meses para o sistema de reciclagem. Espera-se que os fundamentos deste trabalho sirvam de base para o desenvolvimento e constituição do processo de Logística Reversa na empresa MAVE Comércio de Acessórios, visto que os resultados gerados mostram que cada cenário construído retorna valores positivos de VPL, demonstrando perspectivas economicamente viáveis em cada um dos sistemas.
dc.description.abstractInspired by the concepts of Circular Economy, Reverse Logistics presents alternatives to help reduce inappropriately discarded resources. In order to optimize the flow of goods, the return of finished products or their components to production cycles is an option to maximize the use of natural resources. To this end, this monograph addresses a technical-economic feasibility study of the Reverse Logistics process in a company selling accessories for cargo security, located in the city of Garibaldi-RS. The study aims to analyze how viable it is to return goods already used, but which today have lost their main functionality, in order to maintain an environmentally appropriate final destination in their production process. In view of this, the analysis and validation of three different scenarios were developed in this work, taking into account the reuse, dismantling and recycling systems separately. The analysis method was based on the simulation of discrete events, with subsequent verification of economic viability. The simulation software used was FlexSim and was relevant because it allowed transportation costs to be surveyed. Additionally, the feasibility analysis displayed the results of each scenario developed, demonstrating that they were technically and economically viable. With an initial investment estimated at R$ 188,561.88, the NPV varied between R$ 111,949.50 and R$ 6,524,784.14 over the seven-year period analyzed, as well as the IRR, which can be perceived between 24.40% and 356.92% in this period of time. payback time can be expected to be around four months for the reuse system; five years and one month for the dismantling system; and four years and eight months for the recycling system. It is expected that the foundations of this work will serve as a basis for the development and constitution of the Reverse Logistics process in the company MAVE Comércio de Acessórios, since the results generated show that each constructed scenario returns positive NPV values, demonstrating economically viable perspectives in each one of the systems.
