| dc.description.abstract | Este trabalho consiste na instrumentação de um sistema de medição de vazão instalado em um caminhão tanque, controlado por um Controlador Lógico Programável (CLP). O equipamento visa realizar corretamente a medição da quantidade de leite coletado no produtor rural, local de início do trajeto, até a indústria de laticínios. O CLP desempenha papel fundamental, sendo responsável pelo monitoramento de variáveis como vazão, temperatura e nível do desaerador. Essa funcionalidade permite a interação com uma Interface Homem-Máquina (IHM), podendo, assim, direcionar o leite coletado ao compartimento desejado. Além disso, oferece funções como o acionamento manual da bomba e a opção de realizar a limpeza do sistema. | |
| dc.description.abstract | This research consists of the instrumentation of a flow measurement system installed in a tank truck and controlled by a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC). The equipment aims to correctly measure the amount of milk collected at the rural producer, the starting point of the route, for the dairy industry. The PLC plays a fundamental role, being responsible for monitoring variables such as flow, temperature, and deaerator level. This functionality allows interaction with a Human-Machine Interface (HMI), thus directing the collected milk to the desired compartment. In addition, it offers functions such as manually activating the pump and the option to clean the system. | |
