Este memorial descritivo apresenta a metodologia e o processo de desenvolvimento de duas interfaces digitais interdependentes para a empresa Lumiara, especializada em semijoias personalizadas no segmento B2B. O projeto visa otimizar a gestão interna, centralizando processos e recursos, e melhorar a experiência dos clientes, oferecendo acesso fácil ao acompanhamento de pedidos e materiais.
A metodologia utilizada no desenvolvimento do projeto foi a de Garrett (2011), que oferece uma estrutura clara e detalhada para o design de interfaces digitais, dividida em cinco planos: estratégia, escopo, estrutura, esqueleto e superfície. Além disso, as leis da psicologia de Jon Yablonski (2020) foram utilizadas para orientar o desenvolvimento, assegurando usabilidade e clareza nas interfaces.
Todas as etapas do projeto foram documentadas, desde o planejamento inicial até os protótipos finais das interfaces. Além disso, foram realizados testes de validação, cujos resultados demonstraram sucesso, destacando a importância do design no desenvolvimento de soluções eficientes e intuitivas, bem como o papel da tecnologia em facilitar e otimizar processos complexos.
This descriptive memorial presents the methodology and development process of two interdependent digital interfaces for Lumiara, a company specializing in personalized B2B semi-jewelry. The project aims to optimize internal management by centralizing processes and resources while enhancing the client experience by providing easy access to order tracking and materials. The methodology used in the project development was based on Garrett’s framework (2011), which provides a clear and detailed structure for digital interface design, divided into five planes: strategy, scope, structure, skeleton, and surface. Additionally, Jon Yablonski’s psychological laws (2020) were applied to guide the development, ensuring usability and clarity in the interfaces. All stages of the project were documented, from the initial planning to the final prototypes of the interfaces. Validation tests were also conducted, with results demonstrating success and highlighting the importance of design in developing efficient and intuitive solutions, as well as the role of technology in facilitating and optimizing complex processes.
