dc.description.abstract	O presente trabalho consiste na pesquisa bibliográfica e documental que embasará a elaboração de um hotel para cães e gatos, na cidade de Guaporé, no Rio Grande do Sul. O espaço será destinado à turistas, cidades da região e também para os tutores de animais de Guaporé. Entende-se que o município necessita de um espaço que busque incentivar o bem-estar animal da região, já que Guaporé possui diversos atrativos turísticos. Por meio de pesquisas, este estudo objetiva um maior embasamento para elaboração do trabalho de conclusão de curso II, através de pesquisas visa compreender a história dos cães e gatos no âmbito mundial, os benefícios que eles trazem para saúde, a importância que representam para economia mundial e também compreender a arquitetura do hotel e sua relação com a cidade. Este trabalho traz ainda o programa de necessidades do projeto, apresenta- ção e análises do terreno e seu entorno, e por fim, análises de referenciais arquitetônicos referentes ao tema. A partir destas informações, o trabalho pre- tende contribuir, criar fundamento e repertório para a etapa seguinte do Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso de Arquitetura e Urbanismo, na qual uma proposta arquitetônica será desenvolvida.
dc.description.abstract	The present work consists of a bibliographical and documental research that will base the elaboration of a hotel for dogs and cats, in the city of Guaporé, in Rio Grande do Sul. The space will be destined for tourists, cities in the region and also for guardians of animals from Guaporé. It is understood that the muni- cipality needs a space that seeks to encourage animal welfare in the region, since Guaporé has several tourist attractions. Through research, this study aims to provide a greater foundation for the preparation of the course completion work II, through research it aims to understand the history of dogs and cats worl- dwide, the benefits they bring to health, the importance they represent for the economy world and also understand the architecture of the hotel and its rela- tionship with the city. This work also brings the project needs program, presen- tation and analysis of the land and its surroundings, and finally, analysis of archi- tectural references related to the theme. Based on this information, the work intends to contribute, create a basis and repertoire for the next stage of the Architecture and Urbanism Course Completion Work, in which an architectural proposal will be developed.
