The aim of the event is to consolidate and develop the study of the molecular biology of mites in Brazil, by gathering together renowned Brazilian and foreign researchers and those who are just starting out. This event is intended to help to strengthen relationships between Brazilian and international research groups, encourage the sharing of research methods, expertise in complex analysis, in particular bioinformatics, as well as creating opportunities for research and student exchanges between the institutions involved.
