O bioma Pampa é uma mistura de paisagens ainda pouco conhecidas, dentre as quais estão as matas de galeria. O objetivo do estudo foi caracterizar três matas de galeria do bioma Pampa quanto à diversidade florística e estrutural da comunidade arbórea, inseridas numa extensa área com plantio de Eucalyptus sp.. Foram estabelecidas unidades amostrais de 10 x 10 m (100 m2) em toda a extensão de três matas de galeria dentro das quais foram obtidos a altura e a circunferência dos indivíduos arbóreos com circunferência à altura do peito maior ou igual a 15 cm. Foram amostrados 1.659 indivíduos, distribuídos em 67 espécies e 34 famílias botânicas. A Área 2 apresentou a maior diversidade. Myrsine gardneriana A. DC. Psidium cattleianum
Sabine, Myrcia palustris DC., Sebastiania brasiliensis Spreng, Casearia sylvestris Sw., Lithraea brasiliensis Marchand e Gymnanthes klotzschiana Müll.Arg. foram as espécies indicadoras de similaridade e dissimilaridade entre as área. Essas mesmas espécies também apresentaram os maiores valores de importância. O formato da Área 1, a distância entre os fragmentos e a particularidade da Área 3 influenciou na diferença em relação aos grupos sucessionais. As áreas são estatisticamente diferentes entre si, florística e estruturalmente, mesmo próximas, confirmando alta heterogeneidade das florestas ribeirinhas.
The Pampa biome is a mixture of landscapes still little known, among which are the gallery forests. The objective of the study was to characterize three gallery forests on the floristic and structural diversity of the Pampa biome tree community, inserted in a horticultural forest with Eucalyptus sp. planting. Sampling units of 10 x 10 m (100 m2) were established throughout the extension of three gallery forests within which the height and the circumference of the arboreal individuals with circumference at the height of the chest greater or equal to 15 cm were obtained. We sampled 1,659 individuals, distributed in 67 species and 34 botanical families. Area 2 presented the greatest diversity. The species indicative of similarity and dissimilarity between the areas were Myrsine gardneriana A. DC. Psidium cattleianum Sabine, Myrcia palustris DC., Sebastiania brasiliensis Spreng, Casearia sylvestris Sw., Lithraea brasiliensis Marchand and Gymnanthes klotzschiana Müll.Arg These same species also presented the highest values of importance. The format of Area 1, the distance between the fragments and the particularity of Area 3 influenced the difference in relation to the successional groups. The areas are statistically different, floristically and structurally, even close, confirming high heterogeneity of the riverside forests.
