dc.description.abstractA produção de morango no sistema semi-hidropônico é uma alternativa para os produtores que buscam diversificar sua atividade rural, também para os produtores rurais que buscam uma atividade que requer menos esforço físico e para quem não tem uma área grande de terra. O objetivo deste estudo buscou identificar a viabilidade e lucratividade da produção de morango no sistema semi-hidropônico de uma estufa localizada na cidade de Lajeado/RS. Para atingir este objetivo, foram realizadas entrevistas com os proprietários da estufa e para informações técnicas, se fez uma entrevista com um engenheiro agrônomo. Para elucidar os resultados buscou-se primeiramente descrever o ciclo produtivo do morango no sistema semi- hidropônico. Com os dados fornecidos pelos proprietários, foi identificado que o investimento foi de R$ 10585,45 na construção de uma estufa de morango no sistema semi-hidropônico. Também foi identificado que o custo operacional total do primeiro ano foi de R$ 3523,32 e a receita foi de R$ 6758,00. Com a projeção feita até 2025 e com o cálculo da taxa interna de retorno (TIR) o investimento se mostrou viável ao longo prazo.
dc.description.abstractStrawberry production in the semi-hydroponic system is an alternative for producers who seek to diversify their rural activity, also for rural producers who seek an activity that requires less physical effort and for those who do not have a large area of land. The objective of this study sought to identify the feasibility and profitability of strawberry production in the semi-hydroponic system of a greenhouse located in the city of Lajeado/RS. To achieve this goal, interviews were conducted with the owners of the greenhouse and for technical information, an interview was made with an agronomist. In order to elucidate the results, we first sought to describe the strawberry production cycle in the semi-hydroponic system. With the data provided by the owners, it was identified that the investment was R$ 10585.45 in the construction of a strawberry greenhouse in the semi-hydroponic system. It was also identified that the total operating cost of the first year was R$ 3523.32 and the income was R$ 6758.00. With the projection made until 2025 and with the calculation of the internal rate of return (IRR) the investment proved to be viable in the long term.
