Who Can Submit papers
Doctors, doctoral, masters, masters, experts, undergraduates and market professionals

IMPORTANT: the researcher who is selected to display work in research groups (Grupos de Pesquisa/GPs) agrees to participate in all sessions of that group and not just the one in which his work is included. The presence of the researcher in all the days of paper presentations in groups is mandatory.

GENERAL REGULATIONS FOR PAPERS' REGISTRATION

1.Originality - the work must be original.

2 Production Management (phase 1) - The Extended Abstracts Should (1) Be Entered Following The Standard Model In Portuguese, English, Spanish Or French, (2) Saved As Pdf And Word, (3) Be Sent To The Congress E-Mail And (4) Within The Stipulated Period (see Important Dates), To Be Appreciated By The Coordinators Of The Event. It Is Required To Format The Paper According To The Standard Model, And Especially The Particular Use Letterhead Of The Event. Failure To Comply With These Rules Will Result In The Refusal Or Failure To Examine The Work.

3 Number Of Permitted Work - Each Registered Author Can Submit A Paper, Co-Authored Or Not. The Author Can Also Be Co-Author Of A Second Paper, Since This Second Job Is Sent By The Inscription Of His Co-Author. Important: Being Both Paper In Co-Authorship, The Co-Authors Must Be Different.

4 Research Group - Each Paper Can Only Be Offered To A Research Group Of The Ii International Congress Of Brands / Branding. For This Reason, It Is Important That The Author Define Precisely Which Group It Fits. If Sending To More Than One Group, The Work Can Be Excluded From The Congress. For Questions About The Event Or Research Group To Which To Send The Paper, See The Research Groups Or Consult The Organizing Committee By Brandingcongress@Univates.Br Email.

5 Full Article Submission (Phase 2) - After Receiving The Acceptance, The Extended Abstract, The Author (s) Shall Send The Full Article As The Standard Model, In Pdf And Word Within The Deadline And After The Payment Of Registration (and Bank Clearing). It Is Mandatory To Format The Paper According To The Standard Model And, Above All, Use The Special Letterhead This Event. Failure To Comply With These Rules Will Result In Failure To Publish The Work.

6 Presentation Of The Work - Each Presenter Will Have 20 Minutes To Present Their Studies, Followed By 10 Minutes Of Questions And 10 Minutes Of Answers.

7 Payment - Only May Submit The Final Article The Authors Previously Enrolled In The Ii International Congress Of Brands / Branding And Evidencing Payment Of The Bank, Except Residents Researchers Abroad That Could Pay Off Your Debt At The Beginning Of Congress.

8 The Registration fee In Congress Assures The Participant The Right To Attend The Event, As A Listener, Debater Or As Presenter Of Work. In Hypothesis Of Paper Presentation, The Participant Will Be Subject To The Judgment Of Merit Done By Academic Committees That Select The Work. The Author Whose Work Is Rejected By Their Scientific Merit Of The Evaluation Committee Shall Have No Application Fee Refund In Congress, The Case. It Is Ensured, In This Case, The Author's Participation As A Listener Or Debater In Any Upcoming Events Within The Limits Of The Available Space In The Rooms Which Will Host The Activities Of The Congress.

9 Co-authors - For Submission Of Co-Authored Papers, The Author Must Inform The Online System The Number Of The Cpf (Register Of Individuals In Brazil) Of The Other Co-Authors So You Can Add Them To Work. In Case Of Foreigners, The Author Should Send Email To The Organizing Committee That Will Guide You. The System Will Only Accept The Inclusion Of Names Of Authors Registered For The Event. Important: Only Authors, Registered Counselors And Teachers And Indicated In The Submission Shall Be Entitled To The Certificate And Naming The Program.

10 Copyright - In The Hypothesis Of Paper Acceptance For Presentation In Any Of The Events Of The Congress, The Author Will Be Granting, Formal And Gracefully, The International Association Of Researchers Branding – Brand Observatory And Univates, The Right Of Reproduction In The Virtual Archives Of The Ii International Congress Brands / Branding And His Annals (to Be Distributed And Marketed In Cd-Rom, During The Event Or After It), The Scientific Journal Brandtrends And / Or Its Respective Deposit In The Virtual Library Of Univates .

11 Certificates - In The Hypothesis Of Co-Authorship, The Other (s) Author (s) Who Want Certificate (s) And Nomination In The Program, Including Teacher (s) Supervisor (s) ,shall Be Regularly Registrated In The Congress And They Should Be Announced In The Paper Registration.
